The London 2012 Open Weekend team would like to invite key organisations (arts, sport, culture, environment, education) to a workshop on Open Weekend and how they can get involved.

Where: Turner Sims Concert Hall Salibury Road, Southampton, SO17 1BJ

When: 26 March 2010

Time: 9am - 2pm

The day is not highly suitable for individual artists, sportsman or practitioners.

Topics will include:

• An introduction to London 2012 and the Cultural Olympiad
• What is London 2012 Open Weekend?
• How to get involved?
• What's in it for me? - the benefits of participating
• The Open Weekend marketing and communications strategy
• Making the most of London 2012 Open Weekend
