I work in the archives sector and my particular passion is the development of arts and heritage as tools to improve individuals’ growth and sense of personal empowerment.
Sync and the Leadership Development strands of the Cultural Leadership Programme have helped me to define this vision, and given me the confidence to explore and expand my ideas so that I can start develop my identity with the cultural and heritage sector.
A recent achievement has been to be offered a provisional place on a board training scheme with a national delivery agency.
